This book has 10 short horror stories. My fave story was “The Beach”, this story is about a dead girl who becomes friends with this boy, and thinks she is alive. It has interesting twists in it too. I thought that some of the stories i.e The Shepherds Room, were quite boring because it wasn’t scary and only got a tiny bit good 3/4 through the story. I recommend this book to people who want to read a Horror book but do not want to be too scared. The author is Robert Westall.
